1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving services from Paint Me Pretty Tans ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Appointments
All appointments are scheduled through our booking system. A valid form of contact is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion to respect other clients' appointment times.
5. Preparation & Aftercare
Results depend on proper preparation and aftercare. We provide guidance before and after your session — please review it carefully. We are not responsible for results impacted by failure to follow these instructions.
6. Health, Skin Sensitivities & Pregnancy
Spray tan solutions contain ingredients that may cause reactions in rare cases. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to your appointment. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known sensitivity, please consult your doctor before booking. A patch test is available upon request.
7. Results & Satisfaction
Each client's skin chemistry is unique, and final color may vary. We do our best to deliver a flawless glow, but we cannot guarantee identical results across appointments. If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your session.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods listed at booking. All sales are final and non-refundable.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
10. Photography & Content
We may photograph or record results for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paint Me Pretty Tans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
